
The movement is an (in-house I believe) Cartier Caliber 9455 MC manually wound movement that apparently has the prestigious Seal of Geneva. You can see the Cartier “C” as part of the tourbillon carriage. The design is interesting because it makes the movement look petite and mostly absent, but it still has a very complex flying tourbillon (a tourbillon that is more exposed because it does not have a top bridge). We have a movement that has merged with the dial. This is really one of the most obvious haute horlogerie watches of 2010 and will be released next month at SIHH in Geneva.

It represents the brand’s current desire to prove to you that they are serious about watch making, not just making classy LOOKING watches.
